Since the 1960s, when the company was known as SCORPIO MEATS – PROVINCIAL FOOD GROUP has been producing safe, premium meat for domestic and export markets, and for the food manufacturing sector.
Now under the leadership of former owner, TOM PATERSON and MARK MORLEY, and with the backing of large meat and livestock industry investors, PROVINCIAL FOOD GROUP is a growing business in the Goulburn Valley, Australia’s key food production region.
The facility has been progressively renovated and upgraded over the past ten years to include 5 freezers, 3 blast freezers and a number of food production areas offering storage and operating temperatures down to -30°C. WITH STATE OF THE ART MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT AND A DEDICATED TEAM, the site supplies a significant amount of value-added meat products such as high-end wagyu burgers, meatballs for food service and beef bacon products for the Middle East market, as well as supplying, raw, diced and minced meat to other external food manufacturers.

With a diverse range of domestic and international customers, Provincial serves:
- Large multinational food manufacturers and retailers;
- Established food service companies; and
- Well-known premium burger chains.
